• Identify the major kinds of gliomas, and the key molecular features defining these gliomas

• Recognize the classic features of a meningioma, and criteria used to identify atypical and anaplastic meningiomas

• Recognize some less common variants of glial and glioneuronal tumors

• Discuss the major classes of medulloblastoma, and how they can be divided into groups by histologic features and by molecular features

• Discuss the major familial tumor predisposition syndromes, and the nervous system neoplasms most commonly associated with each syndrome
